Child Safety Policy

ZoobyGo is built by parents, for parents. Every route, vehicle, captain, and marshal is vetted before a child is assigned. Safety is non-negotiable.

• Police verification and background checks for captains and marshals.
• Valid commercial driving licence and periodic medical fitness.
• Daily alcohol screening before duty; zero-tolerance for impairment.

• Working seat belts for every seat; no overcrowding.
• Valid insurance, PUC, and fitness certificates tracked by ops.
• First-aid kit and emergency contact list in every van.

Parents receive boarding/drop-off notifications and can track the van during active trips. If GPS signal is weak, our ops team is alerted and parents are notified when appropriate.
